For my white peafowl exhibit, I started with rainforest terrain then added fresh water and gray stone until I got the red smilies. I used the Elephant Ear Tree and the Limestone Rock. They're very happy :D

Galapagos Sea Lion by Jordan MK has been updated. Updated on July 9, 2026 by Fern and Jay to show the preferred foliage tooltip for females and young, to link to ZT's sounds instead of using copies, to have the animal do the same behaviors as ZT's sea lion, to give ZT more time to check if tranquilizer darts hit escaped animals, to prevent the animal from standing or lying on top of water, to tell ZT that English is the default language for the animal's messages, to remove unnecessary spaces in the animal info, and to remove unnecessary files and configuration lines. Note: This animal can do tricks in shows for tricks that do not use toys. Although the trick list for the animal also includes tricks that use toys of ZT's sea lions, this animal cannot use those toys unless hacks are created for the toys.

Please refresh my memory where I can find requirements for White Peacock/Peafowl and Burmese Mt Turtle? I 've never been able satisfy these animals in any zoo build over the years and I want to nominate both to as characters in Angry Birds game. I always end up selling them after they so-so-so happy at first and Zookeeper has nothing say as to why they get so pissed-off so fast. I honestly expect to see bird and turtle carrying picket signs inside their exhibit.

Beach Pack Scenery by Jane has been updated. Updated by Cricket on July 8, 2026: Slots were corrected on the MS Brandi so that guests will actually use it now. Files were "cleaned up" a bit where needed.

I have a half-finished adobe fence coming too but I'll release the stands first. Plus a bunch more adobe-themed buildings later, but those not until I continue knocking out my backlog lol. I think the pack Vondell and I were working on is next closest to being finished.

Those will go nicely with the adobe stuff.

The dll will not fix the issues with the scenery. I need to update the actual files.

I'll give that a try, thanks! I was looking through my old files and I don't have the shelters either, so hoping that new DLL will fix some of the issues. I'll update after I give it a go. EDIT: That did it! I'm excited, I love the WW expansion! Now I have to find the DLLs for a meerkat special shelter I have, and a few odds and ends like a building called "the living desert" and a few others. Gotta play the who-dun-it so I can find the appropriate files ^^;

We should start playing a game of spot the difference from the previous update.

If you have the one from here http://www.ztcdd.org/DD/index.php?topic=13123.0 then you do not need the UI from the pack. A lot of the scenery in that pack needed fixing as it was in conflict with other files and in some cases crashed games.

Hello all, My Wild Wings expansion is missing a few things after reinstalling and salvaging from a storage folder. I can't find a download of the set anywhere, and I would like to get it again as it is one of my favourite sets. I am missing primarily the UI tool for WW selection and the nests/trees for some of the special types of birds. I am using the larger UI mod and zookini if that happens to matter? Thank you!

From Jay: Trash bins, including picPbfTrashCanBear.ztd, are configured to allow access from all 4 sides. ZT will have the guest use the closest unblocked side, though usually (but not always) tries to keep the guest on a path. Therefore it doesn't actually matter which direction the trash bin faces. But when there is a concern, rotate the scenery purchase menu view so that the benches face to the bottom right. That will make all the objects in the scenery purchase menu have their main view (called the SE view) facing to the bottom right.

I always use or request the Pukkie Falls bear trash can because it is cute & easy to place in the correct direction for guest use and maintenance empty. Dream Beach Contest I did not request so I an guessing which direction(s). Is there a comparison/line up with a picnic table or park bench direction for placement guidance? Thanks in advance

Yeah. It sounds harder than how difficult it actually is. The issue is that hacks overwrite previous information. This means: if you use more than a hack for an item, the newer wil override the previous one. So, if you want to create a new hack for Spinosaurus, any other hack of it previously installed including this one won't work. Maybe a hack that only changes the plaque might work as an independent hack, but ZooTycoon has a limit of supported aditional material AND I can't assure it would run the Dino Accuracy Booster changes... Agh! My suggestion is doing what I did for my Eoraptor. Create a new animal from scratch compatible with plain/vanilla game and another one for the hack version. That allows the player to pick the most suitable one for their game.
