2015 Halloween Observation Areas Pack Part 2 by SavyKet 1.0.0

Back in 2015, the first pack of these Halloween observation areas was released (2015 Halloween Observation Areas Pack by SavyKet).  While I was looking for something else, I realized that I had done these observation areas but had never released them.  So I dusted them off and packed them up for release!  They were designed to match the paths from 2015 Halloween Paths Pack by SavyKet .
