Pure Panda Update 1.0.0

This hack has been a mainstay in my Zoo Tycoon directory for ~20 years that sometimes I forgot that it is not the default coat coloration in the game. In one recent instance, Zarawatto showed me a screenshot of the base giant panda and I thought it was a modded variant. 

This is a great hack that I have used since it came out - it does exactly what it said by making the panda more distinctively black and white, saturating the colors a little to remove the more brown shade of the ingame version. I have provided a screenshot below. It also changes the ingame icon to match the new coloration.
