Fern Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 It was made by at least four people - probably And1 and otter lord. There were issues with the pack as well. Errors included LCID issues which will crash some games. It was by the LCID I figured there were at least 3 authors. LCID indicates the language code of the computer used. The one my computer adds is 2059 for NZ. These were from 4 different LCID settings: 1029 - Czech, 1031 - German, 1033 - English U.S., 2057 - English U.K. It was released at ZT Center.
