Creator or author choices of same animals

Ideas on how to choose which author/creator version of animals to choose?

 

Some user created animals have slightly to somewhat different terrain and/o foliage preferences.  Some have smoother or more accurate graphics than others -- although I have to admit I sometimes get a kick out of animals that skim rather than walk.  Other glitches such as mountain zebra that "treadmills" its legs at water in its path while getting hungrier, rather than walking around the small pond to reach its lunch are annoying.

 

I'd like to reduce the number same animal choices to slim down my storage folders a little.

Trial and error is the only way to see what you like. You could check the additional info at DD for warnings or errors. Lots of the ZA animals have problems. I was more interested in fixing scenery first. If you can't find it at DD just ask me.

When I have several choices of the same animal, I pick the one I think is most attractive, realistic, or unique, then check the Download Directory for errors or same .ztd names.
