Trouble with User-Made Animals?

So I went and downloaded a BUNCH of birds cause it's fun to make giant walking aviaries of my zoos, but I had a problem and was hoping y'all might be able to help me.

These little blighters do GREAT... until they fly over the water. Then they get stuck on the water and end up starving and get taken away -_- Any suggestions as to how to alleviate that problem? I love the graphics and they're birds I'm rather familiar with as robins plague my backyard in spring xD But I can't babysit them when I'm creating madness new exhibits.

Easiest way is to block the water with non walkable plants and rocks and sections of the invisible fence.

There are lots of plants and rocks that do not add to exhibit suitability, so you can use as many as you want.

Just dont completely enclose the water with the invisible fence or it will make another exhibit.
