ageise02 Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 it's actually easier to just use the zip that comes with XP to combine .ztd files.
pukkie Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 it's actually easier to just use the zip that comes with XP to combine .ztd files. And how does that work?
(Admin)Cricket Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 I actually find it easier to user WinRar. It was weird when I first started, but once I got used to it, it was easier. I don't know if there is an on-line WinRar tutorial or not.
(Trustee)genkicoll Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 Isn't the tutorial I wrote for here at Phoenix using WinRar? Hmm... :P
pukkie Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 It is Genki but is is proven to difficult for me to understand.
(Trustee)ZooGrammy Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 Here is the method that I use which came from Pixigger. The information is for combining all the ZTD’s that MS put in the update folder but the principle is the same for combining any ztds. What I found helpful was the pictures that showed me where things were. PLEASE NOTE: One step is left out which you need to do. (“When the New archive dialogue appears, navigate to the Zoo Tycoon\Updates folder (I use a game folder on our shared “D” drive) and then type in yourname.ztd (whatever you call the item). Then he says again to make sure you add .ztd to the end. Next he says when the path and filename are set then click the ok button. Window will close and then click add. This is the only thing that I thought he left out. Combining_ZTDs.doc
