where can i find the dll,  langJTT03.dll

You don't need that dll if you have the ZA01 ZA02 & ZA03 combined dll files in your main ZT folder. Not sure which of those 3 has the messages but all the messages have been added to one of those files. All 3 should be a must have in your main ZT folder along with any other needed site combined dll files for your building, scenerio and other downloads to work.

The JTT scenario pack should have langJTT03.dll inside it. You can get the pack again from ZAZT1, although you have to be a member there to do so. That pack at ZAZT1, which is in zt1-jtt-journey-through-time.zip, still includes langJTT03.dll. Because these are scenarios, the text blocks and most of the messages for these scenarios are only in langJTT03.dll.

As for using langZA02.dll, that is not needed if you are using LANG--ZKL.dll, since LANG--ZKL.dll already contains all of the messages that are in langZA02.dll, plus more.
