Ice Age Animal Zoo Scenario

I'm currently working on the ZT1:CC version of the Ice Age Animal Zoo Scenario and would rather use the Arctic Gift Shop and Dino Gift Shop and the Restaurant instead of stands. Should I change the path layout for this zoo?

If I remember the criteria of this is getting your animals in exhibits and happy. There is a Zoo rating requirement of 70% which is easy if your animals are happy and viewable. I usually woud just use restaurants, animal theatre, merry go round and gift shop to keep the guests happy. Make sure they charge enough. I usually set the restaurants at $17

With all the scenarios I find I often have to delete foliage to get the cash to build.

 

With this scenario you will need to do Genetic research to get all the animals you need to complete it

Fern you are not greedy enough! I set all restaurants to $22 - after all - where else are they going to go? And I've never heard a guest complain. I turn the sound off.

 

As far as scenario layouts, some folks wipe everything clean and start with a practically blank zoo. Others keep the basic layout.

 

Restaurant = more money. Stands = trash unless of course you use the No Trash hack, then you don't even need trash cans. Usually. There are minor glitches.

I give up!! I can do the Research just find and know what I want to put in my zoo and although Guest Happiness isn't a factor (can't figure out why they wouldn't get thirsty or hungry or need a restroom), I can't figure out how to make everything work for me. Maybe my plan won't work, maybe I should use the regular stuff.

Could someone please remove the Bengal Tiger Screenshot for me, please. I also thought that I had taken a screenshot of the award screen because I won the Gold Mammoth Award, but I don't see the screenshot in my Screenshots Folder. I didn't save the Scenario, please don't tell me I have to do it again??

Well, I replayed the Scenario again to see if I'd get the Gold Mammoth again and this time I didn't. Maybe because I put the Mammoth in before the other animals. Does anybody who's done this scenario know if it makes a difference in what order you do the animals in?

order shouldn't matter for the award - you have to display all four animals at a suitability of 80. the award should show up in your awards list? you might want to start saving your scenarios . . . i didn't save mine the first time through & have regretted it ever since!!!!
