is there a natonal health organisation ban mod??

hi im zt veteran. ive been a part of the old zoo tycoon players for a long time now, since the days where zooadmin was still around. as i play the game today i wondering if there was a mod which lifted the zoo ban which keep u from get the animals for your park. 

 

any help to help me out on this would be a greatly thankful thing. thank you and have a greatful zoo tycoon day.

That is triggered in part by unhappy animals and unhappy guests so it would hard to do.

Why not just fix the problems in the exhibits and then it will go away.

right you have good point made here, but the thing is i wanted a sort of free roaming dino safari where all dinosaur can all live outside of their fences naturaly and in their own natural habitat. sadley, i cant do it because of zoo tycoon restriction as the animal get so unhappy and then i get banned.
