One very trivial question- What's the first ZT mod?

If I remember correctly, the first zt2 unofficial download-or mod-was the brown bear. I want to know what was the first mod for ZT1. Do you know what was the first one?

I could be wrong since I haven't been around since the beginning, but I have a text file that states the Garden Gnome by Steve Bonham from Tycoon Resource is the first.

I asked Jay and this is his answer: My note is that these are creation dates not release dates. Plus no-one knew how to do rotations back then and all the scenery/foliage/rocks have needed to be updated since.
I cannot be 100% sure, since I might not have everything from then. The oldest ".ucs" or ".uca" file I have (which is in the ZT Spreadsheet) is:

November 2, 2001 - Buyable Snowman - 129722_TycResSnowman.ZTD

Tycoon Resource made a few more things the next day, on November 3, 2001:

Edit: Continuing with the ZT user made firsts, it looks like the first user made fence was May 3, 2002 with Pink_Fence_v1-0.ztd, although it was changed after that. And it looks like the first user made path was August 10, 2002 with the Baskin Robbins Path in BR_Path.ztd.

I think both Jens (ZTU) and John (ZT.nl) were also early on. Not sure if they were the first.

I think I was the first to create a working tank filter.

I think TycRes and ZTU were probably the earliest sites......at least that I know of. Followed by ZA, ZKL, ZT Design and nl. And your (jbl's) Zooty Tycoon was around too fairly early. All those sites were up when I started playing.
