where can i get the required .dll , Lang.phoenix .dll that many of the buildings i have require in order to work ingame or is there another dll i can use in it's place

It does not exist any more. Instead make sure you have the Fern-Tek, Janes and the ZooTek ones. In time we will fix all the posts here with which one is needed for what.

You also should have the ZA 03, the ZKL, and the ZTCDD ones
