Is there an unlockable animal called the red eyed tree frog or is it a UCA?

No,it's a UCI,I've played Zt2 since it came out in 04',and I've unlocked ALL the challenge and campaign objects for the game itself and Es,Aa,and Mm2.

The only unlockable animal is the Asian Black Bear. You can get it from Zoo Tycoon Mobil.
