downloading Q - How to install for ZT1 and ZT2

i am new at this but it says that it's not a microsoft file and it can't be uploaded, anyone know whats wrong?

It said I didn't have the C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Zoo Tycoon/Updates folder. Plus, I really didn't understand that.

I need more information, please. Were you downloading, were you in the Zoo Tycoon game, were you trying to unzip? Exactly what were you trying to do when the box popped up?

EDIT #2: Something just occured to me: Do you have any version of Zoo Tycoon installed on your computer? None of our downloads will work without the game installed...

I was trying to extract it to the C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Zoo Tycoon/Updates like you said in the first post and once I pressed next it said extracting for a few seconds then the box popped up

I have Zoo tycoon without any expansions. It has a goodies, data, and two other files that I forgot the name of. Also 'n' was supposed to be a frowny face
