Guest idkmybffrose Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 i am new at this but it says that it's not a microsoft file and it can't be uploaded, anyone know whats wrong?
(Admin)Savannahjan Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 Is the file zipped up? Did you unzip it first?
Guest mikeperetz Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I can download them but i don't know what to do after that.
(Trustee)genkicoll Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I've already answered your PM with how to install them, but the topic is pinned in this area, just scroll up to the top
(Trustee)genkicoll Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 It said I didn't have the C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Zoo Tycoon/Updates folder. Plus, I really didn't understand that. Ahh, now I understand *nods* OK, first off, you say "it said". What was it that said that you didn't have the folder?
(Trustee)genkicoll Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 This conversation is very appropriate for the forum, since others may have the same problem, so feel free to post here with your responses instead of doing it by private message, Mike ^__^ I need more information, please. Were you downloading, were you in the Zoo Tycoon game, were you trying to unzip? Exactly what were you trying to do when the box popped up? EDIT: Two topics merged EDIT #2: Something just occured to me: Do you have any version of Zoo Tycoon installed on your computer? None of our downloads will work without the game installed...
Guest mikeperetz Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I was trying to extract it to the C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Zoo Tycoon/Updates like you said in the first post and once I pressed next it said extracting for a few seconds then the box popped up We are already discussing this in another thread - please do not ask the same question over and over again in separate threads. Be patient, we're answering you as fast as we can sorry 'n' EDIT by Genki: Two posts merged, removed extra unneeded quote.
(Trustee)genkicoll Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I don't understand what you mean by "sorry 'n'". Did you see this? EDIT #2: Something just occured to me: Do you have any version of Zoo Tycoon installed on your computer? None of our downloads will work without the game installed... or is that what the "sorry 'n'" means?
Guest mikeperetz Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 I don't understand what you mean by "sorry 'n'". Did you see this? or is that what the "sorry 'n'" means? I have Zoo tycoon without any expansions. It has a goodies, data, and two other files that I forgot the name of. Also 'n' was supposed to be a frowny face
