Guest caddienoah Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Can someone explain to me the following...I have an exhibit with four galopagos tortoise in it...went back to it to check on it...and lo and behold...there are four tortoise and four flamingoes in the exhibit, that I didn't put in. I brought them up on the exhibit animal screen and the game said they were four of the tortoise. I give up...Where did they come from? Have I been playing too long and I'm imagining things?
(Designer)Vondell Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 I'm not familiar with the galapagos tortoise, but maybe the baby animations were not changed and remained flamingoes? That's the only thing I can imagine would be happening.
(Admin)Savannahjan Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 I think that is the case for the older version of the turtle. Seems to me I had that animal many, many years ago (5 years I think) and the baby was something different from the parent.

gem_del_mar Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Yep Jan is right! It was a cute glitch with the galapagos tortoise, they had flamingoes for babies. If I remember right from many years ago when I had them that once the babies turn into adults the flamingo turns back into a galapagos tortoise
Guest caddienoah Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 I went back to the exhibit...and I now have eight tortoise...no flamingoes. At least I know what to expect. Thanks!
