(Trustee)genkicoll Posted March 15, 2008 Posted March 15, 2008 1) Pick the .z2f files of the downloads you want to bring into a single pack. 2) Place them in a separate map. 3) Change the .z2f extensions to .zip 4) Unpack the .zip files 5) you should see at least 4 maps (ai, entities, ui ,lang) and possibly more. Make sure all downloads are unpacked. Remove the zip files once unpacked. 6) Select all the maps, right click and "add to archive" , make sure you make a .zip archive. Name the archive. It's possible to make a .z2f right away in the add to archive window. You can also make a .zip file and change it to .z2f afterwards. 7) Place in the appropriate zt2 map. I hope this is clear. If not, I will make a picture tutorial.
(Trustee)genkicoll Posted March 15, 2008 Author Posted March 15, 2008 Xerxes, by "separate map", you mean a separate place (folder) on your hard drive, right? It looks like zt2 files are combined using the same method that we use for zt1 files! How nice! :cheerlie:
Xerxes Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 I mean a separate place or folder on the hard drive indeed. I use the same map all the time for this kinds of purpose. I don't know about the zt1 method, I learned myself these method after a try. I think others have done it in the same way too.
