Idon't know what happened, but if you will get me more info, I will manually put her account into the system. I will need the username she wants and her e-mail, that is all. I will give her a password and then she can go in and change it to whatever she likes. I'm so sorry this problem has happened and I'll get it fixed as soon as I get the info.
