Missing Nocturnal House

So I just noticed that while I have all the official DLC files for ZT1, and I have animals like the Japanese Serow and Malaysian Tapir, as well as the animatronics theater, I'm missing the Nocturnal House for some reason. Is that part of a scenario reward?

From Jay: By default, the nocturnal house has to be researched. There are other ways to make it available, such as using HaveAllThingsAvailableByJay.ztd, using HaveAllResearchCompletedByJay.ztd, or clicking the "unlock everything" button while using developerMenuHack.ztd.
