thought someone here might find it handy so i should share
https://lumalabs.ai/genie
with this you can make a custom 3d model instantly, and download it as a blender file for making the isometric rotations. i've been giving it a try now, it's made absolutely perfect models for aztec style llama statues and mexican gift shops, i'm definitely going to get a lot of use out of it!

Can they be made with a white background and no shadows?
Cause the ones in your picture need to be cut out to be usable for ZT.

yes, once they're generated it gives you the option to download the model as a blender file, so you can set it to whatever angle and background and lighting you like

Muahaha yes come to the dark side. I highly recommend gamedev.tv's Blender course if you're ever in the market for a course that teaches how to make models from scratch.

bruh every 8ish years i get the itch to check out blender, spend 2 minutes horribly overwhelmed and intimidated, the delete it lmao. maybe now's the time. i can draw ultra detailed art no problem but blender, making models from scratch, always seemed more like piloting a space ship than sculpting ToT

Yeah I feel it. There's a high learning curve for sure. Having drawing skills puts you at least 10 steps ahead of most though, I'd say.

10 steps ahead and the rest of the mountain to go haha. i figure that i only need to figure out setting up the angle and lighting and rendering and all that just one time for converting pre-made sketchfab models or this ai stuff into objects at least, that's doable.

If anyone is curious what Blender is like, this is a great beginner sample. The lecturer teaches how to make an animal from a drawing or picture in Blender:

I used the same technique to make the griffin. Also, the lecturer is the one that teaches the Blender course on gamedev.tv: https://www.gamedev.tv/courses/complete-blender-creator
