ZT1 Mysterious In-Game Messages?

Anybody familiar with these mysterious messages that popped up during my freeform game? One reads "Ribbon Candy" and the other "Guests are happy to be able to take a tour with Ms Brandi" (see screenshot).

 

Should note that I have a lot of user content on and I'm playing on a version of ZT1 CC that I downloaded from the internet for my Mac, but I've never noticed these before now and have been using this version of the game for some time.

Please name the buildings that these show up in. Jane changed a number of items and building names.

Until I know what buildings are affected I can't tell you whether I need to update a file or you need to get an already updated one.

Or it could be someone has created a new dll and overwritten our messages

This is a bug that most of us are familiar with. There was a time when some stuff about developing content wasn't well understood at all, so "old" user made files are related to this... You may find more info in this topic:

The ones connected with those two messages are not old and come from a time when proper id use was followed. One of them is in my dll. So I do need to check it out.

isnt the ms brandi part of the beachpack?

I think so and she changed some of them I think.

It also might be this person is using a mac and I have no idea if that makes a difference.

I was toying around with so many different things that I can't figure out exactly what buildings caused it but from going through my folders and my trash I believe the only proper buildings I had in dlupdate at the time were the Go West Diner and Cantina. If there was anything else it was probably also from Go West.

 

The only other things I'm finding on my computer are Rainforest Cafe, Native American Learning Center (which I'm pretty sure wasn't in dlupdate yet when I saw those) and the Egyptian Restaurants (which I'm pretty sure I never even put into dlupdate at all).

 

And if it matters I think the scenery objects I had were all from Go West except for the 50 States Foliage pack.
