Missing DLLs

I am kind of overwhelmed with handling the dll files. I have a number of buildings with no information, but I can't figure out what they are/what I am missing. 

 

I only have five animals  with no picture and they are all invisible if I try to place them, so I want to try to clear those up first. The problem animals are Jungle Cat, Caspian Tiger, IndoChinese Tiger, South China Tiger, and Javan Tiger. Does anyone know if this is cause by a missing language file and if so, which one? I figure those are probably all by the same designer.

The Tiger problem should not be because of missing dlls. Not sure what would be causing that.

For the dlls you should have loaded all the ones that Tek has. But you also need the ones from DG/DD and also the ZKL one. The ZTUF one is available at DG

From Jay: As for the mentioned felines, they are Planet_kitty's. Stitchingmom might have Za_update_cats.ztd without having the original Planet_kitty felines. Za_update_cats.ztd is a hack of the original Planet_kitty felines, so the original felines would need to be there. Unless one wants to do Planet_kitty scenarios or use Planet_kitty awards, Za_update_cats.ztd should not be used.

I downloaded as many of PK's cats as I could from the wayback machine. I don't have her dll yet. I sort of wanted to do the PK Awards, but not if it's going to be a pain to straighten out. Just to be safe, I unzipped and zipped my ztd file again, and everything else but those cats worked. Weird stuff.

I would wait till they are uploaded here. A couple of her cats need updating as well.

I would be careful with anything downloaded from the wayback machine since an awful lot have been updated since. So check your dates on them against current dates listed over at DD. It will also say there if a file has been updated.

I had Jay read this and this is his reply: I noticed that Stitchingmom posted again. It sounds like Stitchingmom may have created a combined ztd of PK's felines, which she got from the Wayback Machine. I don't know, but the Wayback Machine might not have the most recent versions. As an example, if the Jungle Cat is using EE4042F5.uca, that is an old version. The newest version used c4b310c9, and Za_update_cats.ztd assumes that. Also, I do not know what was combined. Maybe Za_update_cats.ztd was included in the combining. Although that can probably be done, it can get tricky choosing the correct ".uca" files. Or maybe it was not included, but maybe the name of the combined file may not be appropriate to have the combined and Za_update_cats.ztd in the same folder at the same time. So another approach is to combine the felines without combining Za_update_cats.ztd, put the combined in the dlupdate folder, and put Za_update_cats.ztd in a hacks folder. If a hacks folder was not created yet, the "Menu Filter Scrolling Hack" topic says how to do that:
