guitarbirdb Posted September 24, 2025 Posted September 24, 2025 I'm looking to create a boardwalk pathway to match the southeast section of my North American zoo. I was wanting something like this in the first image. Not a bridge, but just a path with a fence so it's easier to construct. Does anyone have a good matching fence? The post and rail looks a bit awkward, and I'm trying to get it to look like the photo.
Fern Posted September 24, 2025 Posted September 24, 2025 Well for the fence you could use the decorative low post and rail from DG. I could always change the colour on that if wanted. http://www.ztcdd.org/DG/index.php?topic=4561.0 For paths you can look through this http://www.ztcdd.org/DD/lists/paths/ListOfPaths.htm It is out of date but there are lots listed. If it does not have a link or the link does not work then just ask me where to find it.
guitarbirdb Posted September 24, 2025 Author Posted September 24, 2025 Thanks so much for the link, I know this will be very helpful. Just to confirm, is there any type of path you can download that has a path built to it? If not, I think using the post and rail decorative fence might be a good choice. If you're able to modify it, would you be able to do that using a color that resembles that in the image with the yellow circle? I'd really appreciate it :)

But they don't look anything like what you showed in the picture, unfortunately.

There is a Burnt Wood Post N Rails Fences in this post http://www.ztcdd.org/DG/index.php?topic=5663.0 I could remake that as decorative. Or if that is not close enough I will see what else I have.

Looking for this for my horse section.
guitarbirdb Posted September 26, 2025 Author Posted September 26, 2025 Tried looking in Zoo Admin via archive.org, but no luck..
Fern Posted September 26, 2025 Posted September 26, 2025 It was a Dry Gulch file and many of those were also at DG originally and those that were will be returning there as well as coming here. You can get it here http://www.ztcdd.org/DG/index.php?topic=4848.0
