Marine Specialist missing in Freeform mode

Tried to get all the unlockable statues in Freeform mode, until I noticed that I don't have the option to hire a Marine Specialist, which is odd considering in Scenario mode and on the Kids Map, I'm able to hire one, anyone else have this issue?

Ok so I think I figured out the issue, it has to do with @Khaydar's filters, specifically the double and triple filter, for whatever reason having all of his filters in the game causes some items and even staff to disappear in Freeform mode

Yeah this issue is related to triple filter. I "unmerged" them and run only the double filter.

Double filter also seems to have the same issue for me, though I only have the Perfect Filter now and everything seems fine

It actually is an issue of the triple filter. If you figured out how to merge .ztd files, you'll figure out how to remove the triple filter from the .ztd. Mote info about this issue here:

Not that I know. Not hosted on Khaydar's site either. Guess it is just here on Tek
