Hunting for certain mods

Long time no see 

Been very busy lately and haven't posted in a while. Also please correct me if I put this topic in the wrong place. It's been a while.

 

I'm looking for some mods, specifically buildings. I was watching one of the Checkered Cheetah's playthroughs and they had an animal adoption center (not the brick version. It's smaller and uses the front portion of the in-game aviary as the entire building if you understand what I mean). He also had a small restaurant that I believe was made by Z.Z. (I could recognize the pink/purple plaque she uses for her objects and scenery). Also, I'm trying to look for a zoo greeting sign that is made out of concrete and the word "ZOO" is stacked vertically, in which I've seen in a few of The Checkered Cheetah's videos. This may be a long shot but I would appreciate any leads. Thank you so much
