Fern Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Jay has sent an email to the owner. But yes the site has been down for two days. One day you don't worry about as it could just be a backup or something with the host but after that you start to worry.

The newer server, which the web host provided, is using very recent versions of some software. Unfortunately, some of those newer versions are not completely compatible with the older versions. So we had to figure out where and how to change the forum software to work, which is now done, but took a while. We also used the backup of the database from August 31. So that means posts that were more recent than that were lost. But it will be close. Once again, thank you for your patience.
