Official Strategy Guide

It occurred to me that everyone may not have been aware that Blue Fang, Microsoft, and Sybex collaborated to produce an official Zoo Tycoon Strategy Guide. It is only for the first one and does not include the expansions (Marine Mania, Dino Digs, or Complete Collection). It only has the original animals and scenarios. It is a wonderful tool when you very first start the game and awesome to have as a reference. To my knowledge they have not made one to include Marine Mania, Dino Digs, the Complete Collection, or any of the Zoo Tycoon 2 games or its expansions, (If I'm wrong someone correct me and point me in the right direction to find them.)

I just typed Zoo Tycoon Sybex Strategy Guide into Google and this was the first thing that popped up.

 

I would definitely recommend this book for anyone playing the original game. Even for the people who have been playing it since it came out. There are still things we can all learn.

Well they did make one for Zoo Tycoon 2. I did some more digging on Amazon and found it. What I really want is one that has the new releases, dino, and marine stuff in it.... *searches again*

I haven't seen any official Guides in stores, but then, I've never asked or looked because I wouldn't know where to look. I printed mine from the first disk off of CC. I wish they'd have done CC too instead of just the original scenarios or left Zoo Tycoon one's internet page up.

I, too, got my guide off the ztcc installation disc in the goodies folder. It was - and still is - very useful.
