Question about the ZA map editor

Has anyone tried using the ZA map editor to make a two entrance zoo? If so, do the peeps use both entrances? I tried this and the peeps only use the one entrance. Am I doing something wrong or does this just not work?

You can make two entrances, but the guests will only use one. It's decorative only. ^__^

ZT uses only one entrance.

 

I have seen maps with more entrances in the zoo wall. The guests will enter the zoo only at one of them.

I've done it several times...have also done three and four gate zoos...whichever gate is placed last, that will be the main entrance and exit by the guests...the previous gates act as wall pieces as the game sees them...guests will walk up to them but will turn around and walk away...it is fun to place more than one gate...you can have a road passing through the zoo, a walkway through a village, so many ideas to use...there is an example in my screenshot thread of my "Primate Eden Zoo" ( http://zootekphoenix.com/forums//index.php?showtopic=5856 )...I crossed one corner of the zoo with a road...entering and exiting the zoo...

Last year in the club Fall Contest Zoo...our zoo had three entrances...one to each major area of the zoo...decorated to match that section of the zoo...

Post some screens of your zoos...would like to see how you do yours...

I have only ever had three at a time. I thought I read somewhere that was all you could do...

And Caddie is right. The last gate placed is the one they will use.
