I've seen people talk about MS replacing their discs when they get damaged, and just surfed on to the Help & Support site where you can get that done.

 

This is for ZT1 or ZT2 (or any MS product, I assume), but I posted it here in the ZT2 section since I had to choose where to put it

I'd suggest just downloading the game from one of the various places. I think it actually might be perfectly legal if you own a legitimate yet broken copy.

Yes, but at the same time, I can't find any downloads that actually work, I downloaded it over and over from various places, all crashed within the first five minutes.

Are there actually places to download the games that give you the entire game and no viruses?
