Yay! So are you gonna put the expansions on it and get your downloads back?

Right now I only have Es and aa. But I'm getting some downloads...

I can't do an Arabian zo because the dls wont work bur I can do a normal zoo or jungle island zoo.

Or you should make a European Zoo, use European Expeditions from Environ. It has:

European Wildcat

Just go to the downloads at Environ to get it. It's split into packs by expansion, so then you don't have to get the MM animals.
