I'm also have problems with avatars, etc. showing up properly on the new skin (tried on 2 different size monitors).

I have Windows Vista Home Premium and IE 8.

When using IE on Vista and Windows 7, there is a compatibility button just to the right of the address line. Sometimes if you click that it will clear up the problems.

 

Please try using Opera, Firefox or MSN browser and see if you still have a problem. I can see everything fine on my son's laptop using Windows7 and IE, and also on the desktop using Vista and Firefox.

I am using Firefox on Vista Home Premium. The Prophet skin does not resize to the size of the browser window. I had to set the screen to full size to see all of the forum. The Spring skin resizes to the window as I widen and narrow it.

Taz, could you possibly get a screen of how it looks before you resize? It might be the banner that is setting things off, a pic would help me understand what's happening.

I can see everybody's avatars now, but I thought that you could edit your posts if you wanted to add something to a previous post. Down at the bottom right hand corner where it says Reply and Multi-whatever. But I've also noticed that you can edit if you use Fast Reply down at the bottom of the screen. Is this different than what I'm used to? I also changed my compatability view for the site. I'm now using Pinstripe or Spring Tek as it is also called.

It was an old Avatar. I took it down. I don't know how to save avatars on my computer like I've read other people have said to do. I used to put them in a Folder marked Pictures, but I've had to redo my computer once from scratch and lost them all. And I'm not sure everyone knows what they made me anymore. Ookkkayyy. Guess what just popped up for me? That's what I was looking for. The Edit Reply and Multiquote buttons are back now. Or the Edit button the way I remember it being is anyway. The other two were still there. I would hit Edit and it would tell me it was loading, but then wouldn't show the post I had just done so that I could add to it without double and triple posting. I just redid my compatability button again and it started showing up. Wonder what happened?

The new skin is very colorful...reminds me of fall.
