Game crashing/ problems installing...

Okay so after getting some downloads for my ZT2 game I would save the game and it would crash... I tried to install MM but the computer will just freeze or say I dont have enough storage.... when I have plenty... does anyone have a solution? Oh and I run on windows 7.

I have had a few problems installing zoo tycoon 2 in the past but by reserving computer space and deleting some installed games I was able to make the game install properly so I suggest if you are able to delete some games you haven't played in a long time witch will free up some computer Gbs you might get the same result as I have kind sir
