Problem installing ZT2 MM

Ummm.. everytime I try to install my MM on my computer it just frezzes and comes up with this:

 

 

does anyone know what this means?

MM has compatibility issues with Vista/Win7, it installed fine for me, but sometimes it may not work for others.

but then there most be some reason other then the operating system

I mean if it works for one then technically it should work for all

No, if you don't install the expansions in order they came out, usually the game gets all buggy, at least for me.
