Help with hack?

So I'm trying to modify the files in zt2 so that I get paid when an animal gets adopted, and I've ran into a problem.

 

Whenever I try to delete the old file so that I can replace it with the new one I get a window that pops up saying "Cannot create__rzi_72.492". I'm not sure what else to do, I'm new to this kind of thing (in fact, this is the first time I've tried to modify the files), so I'm hoping someone on here will know what to do.

I do not think Tek has any current ZT2 designers so try visiting Zoo Tycoon Wildlife. They have one of the more active ZT design forums right now. If they can't help maybe they will point you in the right direction.
