I'm missing the statue that is the underground bunker for anti rampage squad. Help anybody?

If you have downloaded user-made items, it could be one of them that is causing it not to show. There was a hack that would restore it. I do not know if the hack is still available.

Is your EA downloaded(like demo) or bought? If it´s demo, then it might not have the bunker... I´m really not an expert.
