(Admin)Savannahjan Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 No, not at all. But our board version is 3 years old and the Q database version and php are out of date. Also our database is huge at this point, which could potentially create some additional issues with the older software. We have kept our license up to date, so we still have support from Invision. However, if we have any problems at this point, our board version is not supported and they would have to upgrade to fix the issue. Because we have Invision's download app and our license for it is also current, we shouldn't have to rebuild the database again if there is a crash.

Ashea Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Jan, besides having to pay for skins if we upgrade, would there be any other extra costs involved? I know our licenses are up to date, but did not know how upgrades figured in to the picture. I have not had any issues - other than speed, but I think that is just my computer. Sounds like an upgrade may be in order if we can not get any support for the board and the software version we use is now out of date.

fountain Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 I have gotten that error message re: internal server. 1st When moving within Tek among the forums Sunday. 2nd Just minutes ago when I clicked on my bookmark for this site. I clicked again moments later on the bookmark and got here just fine.
