The first non-South American animal shown and the first extinct one (there will be a couple more), the Mexican grizzly bear. As you can see, they like a variety of foliage from different habitats.

Another "milestone" animal, being the first marine one, the largetooth sawfish. Considering the many reports of it going upstream and one of its alternative names, I decided to make it a freshwater animal.

Love the the Mexican grizzly bear~~~ just wondering the skin color is grey or brown since the animal is extinct... :)

more fun animals! Love the fact the sawfish is a freshwater animal & the bear likes such a variety of foliage!

According to Wikipedia, the colouration varied - from a "pale buffy yellowish to grayish-white".
