ape Posted December 3, 2014 Author Posted December 3, 2014 boy I hope so...though this computer may give out before I get a chance to do it. When I get a new computer I'm pretty sure ZT2 won't play on windows 8... OO but guess what? i just located a BUNCH of dls! and one of them is a Walking With Dinosaurs pack! it's beautiful! It features all my favorites (Ceolophysis, Allosaurus, Eustryptuspondylus, Leipluerodon, Llaelynasaura, and more! Even Postosucus!!) I was obesessed with Walking with dinosaurs as a kid when it was new! So here are some pics. I was playing around with it. (And I found all the RR expansions that were released so far (but still incomplete) Here is a predator/prey exhibit I threw together (and I mean with no effort at all lol) It contains Allosaurus, Muttaburasaurus, and Llaelynasaura (I think I spelled that right...) The scrub (Semi-desert) dinos from the Triassic include these guys: Ceolophysis Postosuchus and Placerius as far as the Radical Remake animals, I only have a few photos for now (I made a little savannah exhibit) but I'll have more up soon I'm making a legit zoo next time to showcase. (The antelope in the pic with the Giraffe is a Nyala.)
Firehawke Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Love your exhibits!!! Can't wait to see more! I think some people have tried running in on Windows 8, but I can't remember for sure. Did you see that AD posted some updates to RR in honor of ZT2 turning 10?
ape Posted December 4, 2014 Author Posted December 4, 2014 YES I got them all today lol I'm building with it currently. i even found some other prehistoric animals that I just adored from the Walking With Prehistoric Beasts feature that came out years ago. I got me a Leptictitium (it was like the first little critter they feature in the show so it was always special to me as a kid), a Smilodon remake (way better than the original sabertooth), machrauchenia (but they glitch and won't drink water!), entelodonts (though they're hairier than in the show XD), and a couple of prehistoric horse-like critters (I think Eohippus and something else lol). It just made my day! And here are the pictures! First up we have the antlelope exhibit - featuring Thomson's Gazelle, Red Hartebeest, and Roan Antelope Not far away dwell the African Elephants, Masai (and Reticulated) Giraffes, and two female ostriches. My arboreal exhibits feature Tree Kangaroos and Crested Gibbons And naturally I was playing around with the prehistoric critters a bit and added some Smileodons and a small herd of Machraucenia and I have a grizzly bear exhibit in the hill near them and last (so far) is the Parahippus (I think that's what they're called I've forgotten already) herd. more coming soon. this was me just trying out some of the new critters.
Firehawke Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Love all of the new animals...now I want to go on a safari!
ape Posted December 8, 2014 Author Posted December 8, 2014 XD Then I shall make a safari and especially feature big cats since it was big cat week last week on national geographic wild XD
ape Posted December 23, 2014 Author Posted December 23, 2014 Here are some photos from the beginnings of my safari trip! XD In this grove of Baobab trees in the Serenghetti, lives a pair of cheetahs. They were hunting some Thompson's Gazelle Nearby was a group of giraffes and a small herd of zebra As we progress we find a fairly large herd of wildebeest drinking at the river and further down the river, at a larger pool of water, an elephant herd was drinking More coming soon!
(Admin)Savannahjan Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 So beautiful; the giraffes at sunset (or is it sunrise?) is wonderful.
