I tried the following, but I’m still getting that error: Google Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Security, and turn on Always use secure connections. I also did the following: Try an Incognito/Private Window Clear Browser Data Turn off Your VPN Disable Browser Extensions Test a Different Browser When I Googled it, it said the following: A 403 Forbidden error usually means the website's security filter or firewall is actively blocking your PC's specific network connection, not necessarily your user account. Because it works on your phone but not your PC, the block is almost certainly tied to your PC's IP address, browser data, or security settings. If none of these troubleshooting steps work, your home network's IP address has likely been restricted by the website's hosting provider. You may have to wait a few hours for the block to expire automatically, or you can contact the website's support team to whitelist your connection. Could be the browser. Or it could be your settings do not allow http. That means you might not get to Designers Guild (DG) either. There are files to download at all 3 sites. Edit: From Jay: Since they could load the site via their phone, it must be a browser or browser settings problem. As one example, some browsers have settings that allow only going to sites that use "https". That can be turned off or exceptions can be added to it.

Ok, so they both actually load on my phone. Do you know what could be causing this?

You do not need to join to download files. I think joining might have been disabled since the site is quiet but it remains up so people can access the files. If you have queries re a file you can contact me here or at DD and I can pass the message on to Jay. Also be aware it is an old http site not https so make sure that "s" is not in the addy as that interfers with downloading. Occasionally the site will go down thanks to bots using all the bandwidth as that site has a limited bandwidth per month too.

Has this website closed down? It says: You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Here are the 3 fences I've been working on, with icons. The "Milwaukee" fence uses the string IDs for the chainlink fence it is visually based on but I adjusted the stats so it is a little stronger, closer to the chainlink-concrete fence ingame. It reuses graphics for the chainlink fence gate and currently fences on hills. I might change the latter and added an ingame price/cost in the future. Thanks to @Goosifer for help with the reducing the colors on the "Milwaukee" Fence. I welcome any feedback on these. The answer is yes they can Cdl said why not go back to your versio with the missing fence and use that in case test it just make an 8x8 flunk in an animal and see what that does See before covid I have always done it this way but now I can only seem to have other people do the thinking for me The good news is however they can and I ..... have a plan

I have a question about the colorful adobe fences with the nr 3 on them I assume the height is 3 and as they are solid people can not see through But what if I sunk them 3 heights down into the ground ? Can people then look over them into the enclosure?

From Jay: There isn't enough information for me to say for sure what happened, but I can think of at least 1 reason the Low Hedge Fence might disappear from the purchase menu. By default, I believe the Low Hedge Fence is not available in the purchase menu until December of the first game year. There are many things that change the order of when things become available. So if ztds are added to or taken away from ZT's folders, that can change the order of when things become available. I don't rely on the order of things becoming available. I always have the Developer's Menu available in my ZT. If I need something to be available, I open the Developer's Menu in ZT and click the button to unlock everything. It is also possible to use HaveAllThingsAvailableByJay.ztd to make all things available, including all fences.

I know you do not like hacks but I suggest you put the freeform unlock in your game and see if that brings it back for you. or this one by Jay The one by Jay will also make other useful things available like rubble (as scenery) Still want your ini file too please. So currently building a zoo right and I am using low hedge fences to enhance the decorative feel for the zoo So I played and saved (thank heavens) under zoo A as I was not sure what direction I should take the zoo in Keep on playing using said fences saving that one under zoo B Very happy with the result I continue on B where the low hedgefence no longer in the fence menu so I can't buy them anymore I check and double checked but it's just not there so I shut down the game without saving and opened it again Sadly with the same result. So I opened again Zoo A and there it is showing up in the menu .... Any idea how it could have happened that dispise using the fence in ZooB that between Zoo A and B or Zoo B after saving and before opening it again an entire fence goes missing from the menu?

So I'm thinking about creating another bird centered zoo but all of the species will be ones that are labeled "endangered", "threatened", or "critically endangered". I'll probably also add some other endangered animals like the black-footed ferret, European hamster, scimitar-horned oryx, bengal tiger, and okapi just too add some more variety. However, about 80% of the animals in this zoo will be endangered bird species such as the red crowned crane, whooping crane, kakapo, military macaw, African penguin, grey and black crowned crane, and more. Keep your 👀 out 😊🐦
