   Arctic House 2 by Particle

   This is a slightly blue recolor of the Arctic Gift Shop from the game, with working penguin animations.  Once researched, the "Arctic House " displays small arctic mammals.  This building lets you research 2 additional programs : arctic fish and birds.
    
   The original Arctic House was made by Quivaz, and I used the same IDs so this file requires langZA01 or LANG-ZKL to see the text.
    
   I take no credit for this, just wanted to learn how to do building animations and this is what happened.  Thanks to Quivaz.
    
   Note: Unfortunately the research version of this building does not work with other mods that modify the catex4.cfg file in the game.  if you use this mod with Quivaz's arctic house mod, it will work, but not very well.  Fortunately I have included a version of this building in the zip that does not have any research, so use that version if you still want the arctic house without research.
