Yep, as far as I know the game is hardcoded to allow 1 filter per tank. If you need extra power there is my perfect filter mod.

Finally identified this mod as the cause of a post-modding startup CTD

I really want to love this pack, but for some reason having it installed hides a lot of the default marina mania content, such as tank walls and the marine specialist

I can confirm the freeform unlock for this mod is not working right, and will cause crashes if you start your zoo with this mod in your menus.  I'm going to try to get this fixed because I love these graphics.  But for now be careful using this mod.
