Migration in this case was moving the entire site to another server. It is sort of like moving house in the same area so you take the phone number/domain name with you. The domain name is what the address is.

I hate to ask this out of being late from when most of this was ongoing, but is the migration going to cause an entirely new website to be created? I thought that was the case since that's kinda what the term "migration" implied to me when I heard about this last year. However, clicking on a link to this site shared to me on Discord realized that everything... still appears to be here and functional? I'm a bit confused, but I take it whatever the migration involved, it did *not* mean losing the website in its current form and thus the domain too, aye?
