From Jay: The Crustacean House comes with MM and CC. This building has to be researched inside ZT. It is one of the things in the Aquatic Houses section of ZT's "Research & Conservation" tab. There are ways to have it available without doing the research. One way is to start the freeform map "Marine Mania: Kids Map (Medium)" in ZT. That has all research done at the start.
