Thanks Cricket, think I've found the problem. Had the Developer menu hack installed taken it out now seems to behaving. Thanks for all the responses again sorry if i misled anyone but I found it difficult to find this building and thought it might help others if it was available on here.

I went to Zoo Admin...I couldn't find the building pack mentioned...Could I get a copy of the dll file...I really like the building!!!
