How did I screw up the dls? 2016 Anniv

Genki would have made a note somewhere of what ID's she was using. She would have asked me to add the ID's and messages to my dll because she and I were not allowed to update the Phoenix dll at the time. It was up to her which ID's to use. Since those ID's were reserved for Tek designers and since she created buildings for Tek as a Tek designer, it makes sense that she would use those ID's. I do not use Tek's reserved ID's for the things I create. So I do not know where Genki would have put the note saying what ID's she was using.

Thank you ladies for working through this. I truly appreciate all the work and time it takes working behind the scenes. The combined .dll files are so much better than all the individual .dll files or the user editing the in-game .dll (I remember doing that without even thinking about it)
