This now completes the first part of the tour around the main college estate, inclding a quick look at the Oriental gardens constructed by Sir Mortimer for his wife Lady Elaine who spent many years in China in the 1930's. The students find the atmosphere restful  here. Next we'lll be moving out into the old farmland purchased by the NZS as it's collection grew

We're now moving into the parkland where paddocks have been created for the hoofstock. They are below path level so the visitors can see the animals more easily
