I would like to use some sprites from simcity 3000!

Godzilla seems to be the harder one, and as you are using it as a base for others, lets start with that one.

 

I can only give ideas, but one of the large carnivores (except spinosaurus) would do. You can take the fins from the stegosaurus/Stegosaurs UCI. With a few modifications, the other Godzilla guys could be made
