Still having problems with signing in (I log in, it tells me I'm logged in, then when I go to forum or download section, it tells me to log in/or that I don't have permission to be there) I've tried several times, I was able to post in one forum and then was thrown out, and couldn't log back in. I really want to be there, but am getting very frustrated over this.

I was finally able to download some files, five to be exact. On the sixth, I was told I did not have permission to download. I went back today and I could not log in, was told repeatedly that I didn't have permission torespond to this forum, when I tried to respond to Psychic's new forum on problems. I tried repeated to log in and kept getting thenlog in screen coming up. I was able to see some of the new downloads, and really wanted to get some of them. I don't have a problem only getting five a day, as long as I can get them...

Can we go the route of getting a new validating e-mail sent to my e-mail address to see if that works? I went to the member section and saw my info, it seems to be correct. I really want to stay and visit your site...I will keep trying!

We often get questions or angry comments from members who are unable to download a large number of items from our catalog. We would like everyone to be able to enjoy the wonderful creations from our designers, so we have to limit our forum resources among all of our many thousands of members.

 

Here are the restrictions set up in the download manager:

*Guests and validating members cannot download -- you must be a registered, validated member. In order to become a validated member, you must have a valid email address and respond to the validating email sent automatically by the forum. If you cannot find your validating email, check your spam files. You can request another validating email automatically from the forum -- the staff cannot send one to you, you must request it yourself.

*Zoo Visitors are limited to 10 downloads per day. The download manager software automatically tracks the number of downloads -- I suggest that you choose carefully from the main menu before looking at individual files.

*If you have problems and you feel that you are within your daily limits, clear cookies and temporary internet files. From Internet Explorer, choose Tools>Delete Browsing History. Then close all of your internet windows, including instant messaging. Restart your internet browser, clear the browsing history again, and try again.

 

Alternatively, you can become Benefactor, How to Become a Benefactor (Link removed.  Site no longer exists.) or an active, contributing member of the forum to gain more privileges. Spam and inappropriate language will not be tolerated -- remember that we maintain a family-friendly forum.

I'm still having problems with signing in, but my nephew has been helping me get the downloads, he isn't having any problems at the site...So I'm not unhappy anymore. I've used some of the files in working with my baby animal zoo. He will probably be sharing some of his work in the near future, he really enjoys playing ZTCC.
