Reading Ztds

We have Vista and Winzip, can someone please tell us what program to use to open the Ztds?

I have tried both Word Pad and Notepad and am about to pull my hair out trying to figure this out.

WinZip will open .ztd files, you just have to tell your computer that it's supposed to :laugh: I don't have Vista, so I'm not sure what the process would be, but with WinXP, when I double click on a (unassociated) file, the computer will ask me which program to use to open the file. I tell it to use WinRar (WinZip will work, also), and to always use this program to open this file type. Viola~ Every time I double-click on a .ztd, WinRar automatically opens :D

 

Or you can do the slow way and rename your files from item.ztd to item.zip and unzip as you usually do.

Are you trying to unzip the files to put them in the dlupdates folder, or are you trying to open the .ztd files to make changes to the properties?

I have winzip with Vista. I just click on the file I need to open and it opens.

Yes Alicia, in the older version of Winzip and Windows ME we could just click extract on the Winzip and everything in the pack would come up so we could choose only the items we would want. The newer version of both the OP and WZ dont seem to allow me to do that.

Also Genki, we suspect you have made the low brick wall that goes with the brick theme packs, yet we cant seem to find it anywhere. If it does exist can you tell us where please?

Also, does anyone know if there is a Path for Jane's Tegel Pack anywhere?

I have XP and I use 7-zip its a free zip program and it opens my ZTD files all I have to do is click on the file and it opens so I can combine them.
