No way. The Wild Wings menu is known for causing problems.

you just put the "RSNWW.dll" in your Zoo Tycoon folder.

I know how to load it and I know how to make dll files as well. The wild wings pack caused so many problems when released there was a huge thread just devoted to it at ZA and can probably be found in the archive site. Many problems were fixed and many files were adjusted but the one thing that was recommended was not using that menu file still remains.

Besides, the Wild Wings pack was made by RSN back in 2003/2004, this is an unrelated project.

 

And1, the Roseate Spoonbill is marvellous looking, I was in Florida over the spring and hate the luck of seeing some in the wild, I'd be honored to code for you again to help you and JohnT get some more animals done, I have a new e-mail now though, so PM me about it, my summer's coming up so I can work on more stuff.
