What version of windows are you running. Mark's fix was written to fix a problem caused by Windows98, therefore it may not be the answer to your problem. So please describe what the problem is that you have.

I asked Jay if he knew about the fix.

There are many possible reasons that can cause something to be invisible in ZT. Mark's fix only worked for 1 of those reasons, and fills in missing information in the ".ani" file. I never used his program, especially since the ".ani" can be edited manually without too much trouble. But there are many other possible reasons, most of which deal with the ".uca" file. The Uca Editing guide at ZKL mentions a couple, but there are other possible reasons as well. Without looking at the ".ztd", it is not possible to say which specific reason is causing their problem.

When you created the pokemon, you likely noticed that there are many different files in several folders that require editing. You probably used WINZIP to combine the files in the .ztd file. To use the invisibility fix program, you must extract all files from the .ztd file again to a root directory (such as a: or c:).

When you run the invisibility fix, it will find the necessary files and add the necessary information. As pointed out by Jay, the invisibility fix can only solve the problem when you created the pokemon using APE in Windows98. Since you used Windows2000, it is not likely that it is the solution for your problem.
